Komisar Brady & Co., LLP was organized in 1960 when two brothers, Bernard and Norman Komisar, formed a partnership to offer various certified public accounting (CPA) services to local businesses and individuals in Southeastern Wisconsin.  The Firm name was Komisar & Komisar, CPA's.  This Firm steadily grew during the 1960s through the mid-1970s.  When Norman Komisar passed away, Edward Brady, who previously was employed at another local accounting Firm, became a partner.  Thereafter the Firm's name was Komisar, Komisar, Brady & Co.  In 1980, William Komisar also became a partner.  The Firm continued to grow steadily in the 1980s.  In 1988, Bernard Komisar retired as managing partner of the Firm.  Since that time the Firm has been managed by all of the partners acting as a committee.  In 1997, 2000, 2001 and 2003, Kathryn Bennett, Richard Ruenzel, Andrew Komisar and Michael Burzynski became partners, respectively.

 Today, the partners and staff of Komisar Brady & Co., LLP perform various accounting related services, such as auditing, accounting, tax, bookkeeping, computer consulting and other management advisory services such as valuation services, estate planning, medical practice consulting and divorce matters to numerous business and individual clients throughout Wisconsin and in several other states.  The Firm prides itself on offering professional, personalized services to each and every client.
