Bill Komisar’s core philosophy for doing business is
“Personal service to the extreme.” He has been part
of Komisar Brady since the early 70’s, assisting his
father and uncle while attending undergraduate and law
school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
As a partner of Komisar Brady, Bill has worked in a broad range of industries, including health care, professional services, manufacturing, distributing, construction and printing. Bill is also well-versed in the world of business mergers and acquisitions, working on the sell or buy side in a number of transactions in recent years. Bill's vast amount of consulting experience with privately-held businesses has resulted in numerous successful family business transitions.

PERSONAL
Bill and his wife Becky live in Bayside and have three grown children. He enjoys Badger sporting events, spending time with his family, traveling, and riding his Harley-Davidson.
