Our foundation auditing services are led by partner Daniel Lightfuss, who has worked with several foundations, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and providing traditional auditing services. Partners Edward Brady and Kathryn Bennett also work with foundations, providing auditing and accounting services. As for our tax services for foundations, we have a team of individuals in our tax department led by partner Andrew Komisar and former partner Rick Ruenzel. While Rick stepped down as a tax partner in 2007, he is still an essential part of the firm and our tax research and compliance.
