We designed our orientation program to assist you in adjusting from college to a career and ensure that all our new professionals receive individual attention.
You will meet with many different people – all diverse, and all with a strong sense of collaboration in a fast-paced, challenging environment that supports our clients and your learning. We will assign a “peer” and “advisor” to you to help you get to know the organization and to answer your questions during your internship and the first few months as a new associate.
