We are proud to announce that two Komisar Brady staff accountants have successfully completed the uniform CPA examination in 2010:
Derek Hammen is a staff accountant in our auditing department, working on a broad variety of traditional, nonprofit, and employee benefit plan audits since June 2008. Derek is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
Carl Rappelt is a staff accountant in our accounting department, working on general accounting and auditing assignments since January 2010. Carl is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Masters of Professional Accounting.
Congratulations to both Derek and Carl! We are proud of their accomplishments and pleased to play a part in their professional development.
We are proud to announce that staff accountant Adam Smith has been published in the Spring 2010 News for the CPA2B magazine, published by the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Adam’s article titled Transitioning From Student to Young Professional reflects on his first year as a young professional with Komisar Brady. Read Adam’s Article. Adam is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and joined Komisar Brady’s tax department in fall 2008. He works on several projects with a focus on business, trust, and personal taxes.
We are pleased to announce the following staff addition:
John Kuehn returned in June 2010 to assist in our accounting department as a staff accountant. John is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science – Accounting degree. John has been an audit intern with the company since December of 2008. He recently moved to Milwaukee and is originally from LaCrosse.
